| I'm so fricking sleepy right now and I still have to do laundry - wahh! Hopefully I can nap in the car while it's in machines, and I won't get a second wind.
Managed to finally get to the gym this afternoon but when I got there I wimped out and did only cardio :(
I barely managed get in my minimum points for today and I don't want to eat a bunch of them late in the day so I'll have to try harder tomorrow.
Here's My Day
Iced Coffee w/ sm+E (bad girl! no milk!) - 1/2 pt. 1 egg + 2 whites, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of lite Whole Wheat bread, a handful of spinach - 7pts
1 pear - 1 pt South Beach pb choc mr bar - 4 pts
tuna with sweet corn - 6 pts cauliflower - 0 pts
Skinny Cow - - 2pts.
Total Points - 20 My allotted is 22 but not to dip under 20
Water - 8 glasses of water and I hope to drink another 8 before bed. Excercise - 30 minutes cardio on Treadmill; 3.6mph on 5.6 incline, 1.9 miles
I had a dreadful stomach ache all afternoon that kept me frome ating the luch I brought with me, so of course I was ravenous and feeling weak on the way to the gym. Hence my caving and eating the yummy but not very diet sound South Beach MRB. I still feel like dren!
Blarr. I'm making hot dogs and sweet potato fries for the boys for dinner and I managed to frell that up by burning the fries a bit :( - Mood:exanimate
