I was born in New York City and lived there until July of 2006. I was lucky enough to move to the first house I have ever lived in in PA. I am now going through a split-up with my husband and have moved out of my home in PA to NYC.

Soon to be divorced with 3 beautiful sons. I had a calico cat named Ginger (a rescue) who sadly passed away in June of 2007, a Lab mix named Jett (adopted from a shelter) - lives with my STBX so for all intents and purposes I *lost* him in the divorce - for now, and rescued a silver tabby kitten who we named Tyger Lily - who sadly also passed away in September of 2007.I am an avid reader of science fiction and love to watch science fiction movies and television. My passion has brought me to the Joss-verse *g* and I avidly read Buffy fan fic and watch any and pretty much all projects that the Buffy actors are in. Right now I'm enjoying several new (to me) fantasy writers (like Garth Nix, Philip Pullman and others), teaching preschool,back in school earning my Degree and dipping my little toe into the big scary ocean that is Internet Dating, working and trying to become a physically and emotionally healthy adult - or at least resemble one LOL

I work at a private nursery school in The West Village of NYC. When I'm not indulging my love for sci-fi and anime, I take care of my pets and try to get back into "Dating Shape"
